Corso RSPP per Datore di Lavoro (art.34 D.Lgs. 81/08)

Corso di formazione per tutti quei Datori di Lavoro che intendono ricoprire il ruolo di Responsabili del servizio di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi (RSPP).

Corso di formazione per lavoratori (artt. 36 e 37 D.Lgs.81/08)

Il Datore di Lavoro ha l’obbligo di formare ed informare ciascun lavoratore prima che questo inizi a svolgere la mansione assegnatagli. La formazione deve avvenire entro 60 giorni dalla data di assunzione e deve essere aggiornata ogni 5 anni e in occasione di cambio di mansione o variazione del rischio.

Corso di Primo Soccorso (D.M. 388/2003)

Il Datore di Lavoro ha l’obbligo di designare tra i lavoratori gli addetti alla squadra di Primo Soccorso e di provvedere alla loro formazione (artt. 37 e 45 del D.Lgs. 81/08 – Allegati III e IV del D.M. 388/2003).  La formazione dovrà essere aggiornata ogni 3 anni per quel che concerne la parte pratica.

Corso Antincendio (allegato IX del D.M. 10/03/1998)

Il Datore di Lavoro ha l’obbligo di designare tra i lavoratori gli addetti alla squadra antincendio e di provvedere alla loro formazione (art. 7 del D.M. 10 marzo 1998 – artt. 37 e 46 del D.Lgs. 81/08). Per quel che concerne la parte pratica sono previsti aggiornamenti periodici (si consiglia almeno ogni 3 anni).

Corso RLS – Rappresentante dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza (art.37 D.Lgs. 81/08)

Il Rappresentante dei Lavoratori per la Sicurezza (RLS), figura obbligatoria per tutte le aziende,  viene eletto dai lavoratori ed ha diritto ad una formazione di 32 ore sulla legislazione in materia di sicurezza sul lavoro e sui rischi presenti nella realtà lavorativa in cui esercita la propria rappresentanza. La formazione prevede un aggiornamento annuale.

Corso di formazione per Preposto (art.37 D.Lgs. 81/08)

Corso di formazione per i preposti. I Preposti sono quei lavoratori che, per loro mansione, vigilano sull’operato dei altri lavoratori, come ad esempio: il capo cantiere, il team leader, il caposala ecc. ecc. Sono quindi chiamati a vigilare anche in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro e riportate al Datore di Lavoro.

Corso di formazione per Dirigente (art.37 D.Lgs. 81/08)

Corso di formazione per Dirigenti. Il corso risponde all’art. 37, comma 7 del D.Lgs. 81/08, che obbliga il Datore di Lavoro a formare i Dirigenti in tema di sicurezza sul lavoro. Le modalità di svolgimento sono state definite dagli Accordo Stato Regione di dicembre 2011 e luglio 2016.

Corso Esecutore BLSD / PBLSD

Il corso è rivolto a tutto il personale sanitario oltre che a soccorritori e volontari.

 

Corso di PES/PAV/PEI

Il PES PAV PEI è un corso di formazione necessario per poter lavorare in presenza di rischio elettrico ed è rivolto a tutto il personale che opera su impianti elettrici in tensione o fuori tensione. La norma di riferimento è la CEI 11-27:2014. La suddetta norma prescrive che il datore di lavoro conferisca per iscritto la qualifica ad operare sugli impianti elettrici che può essere di Persona Esperta (PES), Persona Avvertita (PAV) ed Idonea ai lavori elettrici sotto tensione (PEI).

Corso per Spazi Confinati

Il corso di formazione sulla gestione degli Spazi Confinati ha come obiettivo finale quello di fornire gli strumenti teorici per affrontare la Sicurezza all’interno di quegli ambienti classificati come “spazio confinato” proponendo le misure di protezione e prevenzione necessarie da attuare per eliminare, per quanto possibile, i pericoli individuati. Il D. Lgs 81/2008 obbliga l’informazione e la formazione del Datore di Lavoro e di tutto il personale impiegato all’interno di attività che rientrano nei casi poco sopra citati. Il corso fa riferimento agli artt. 37 e 66 del D.Lgs 81/2008 e dal DPR 177/2011.

Corso per Lavori in Quota ed uso DPI di terza categoria

Il corso di formazione sui Lavori in Quota ha come obiettivo finale quello di fornire gli strumenti teorici e pratici per affrontare la Sicurezza di tutti quei lavoratori che operano in altezza, proponendo le misure di protezione e prevenzione necessarie da attuare per eliminare, per quanto possibile, i pericoli individuati. Il D. Lgs 81/2008 obbliga l’informazione e la formazione del Datore di Lavoro e di tutto il personale impiegato all’interno di attività che rientrano nei casi poco sopra citati. Il corso fa riferimento agli artt. 111 e 37 del D.Lgs 81/2008 e dal DPR 177/2011.

Corso di qualifica e aggiornamento per addetti alla conduzione dei carrelli industriali semoventi

L’Accordo Stato Regioni del 22/02/2012 ha identificato le attrezzature che necessitano una specifica abilitazione degli operatori, così come le modalità di riconoscimento dell’abilitazione indicando anche le modalità di formazione, la durata, gli indirizzi e i requisiti minimi, così come le caratteristiche dei singoli corsi di aggiornamento. Il corso di aggiornamento per Addetti alla Conduzione dei Carrelli Industriali Semoventi ha come obiettivo finale quello di fornire gli strumenti teorici per condurre in Sicurezza i carrelli elevatori, illustrando le misure di protezione e prevenzione necessarie da attuare per eliminare, per quanto possibile, i pericoli individuati come previsto nell’Accordo Stato Regioni del 22/02/2012 secondo le modalità descritte dal punto 6.2.

RSPP Course for Employer (art.34 Legislative Decree 81/08)

Training course for all those Employers who intend to take on the role of Risk prevention and protection service (RSPP).

Training course for workers (Articles 36 and 37 Legislative Decree 81/08)

The Employer is obliged to train and inform each worker before it begins to perform the task assigned to it. The training must take place within 60 days from the date of employment and must be updated every 5 years and on the occasion of job changes or changes in risk.

First Aid Course (D.M. 388/2003)

The Employer is obliged to designate the employees of the First Aid team among the workers and to provide for their training (articles 37 and 45 of Legislative Decree 81/08 – Annexes III and IV of Ministerial Decree 388/2003) ). The training must be updated every 3 years for what concerns the practical part.

Fire Protection Course (Annex IX of the D.M. 10/03/1998)

The Employer is obliged to designate fire-fighters among the workers and to provide for their training (Article 7 of the Ministerial Decree of 10 March 1998 – articles 37 and 46 of Legislative Decree 81/08). As far as the practical part is concerned, periodic updates are planned (we recommend at least every 3 years).

RLS Course – Representative of Workers for Safety (art.37 Legislative Decree 81/08)

The Workers’ Safety Representative (RLS), obligatory for all companies, is elected by the workers and has the right to 32 hours training on the legislation regarding safety at work and the risks present in the working reality in which he exercises the own representation. The training includes an annual update.

Training course for Supervisor (art.37 Legislative Decree 81/08)

Training course for the supervisors. The Supervisors are those workers who supervise the work of other workers, for example: the site manager, the team leader, the head nurse, etc. etc. They are therefore called to monitor also in terms of safety at work and reported to the Employer.

Training course for Manager (art.37 Legislative Decree 81/08)

Training course for managers. The course responds to the art. 37, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree 81/08, which obliges the Employer to train Managers in terms of occupational safety. The procedures for implementation were defined by the State Agreement of December 2011 and July 2016.

BLSD / PBLSD Performer Course

The course is aimed at all health personnel as well as rescuers and volunteers.

PES / PAV / PEI course

PES PAV PEI is a training course necessary to be able to work in the presence of electrical risk and is aimed at all personnel working on electrical systems in voltage or out of voltage. The reference standard is CEI 11-27: 2014. The aforementioned standard requires that the employer confers in writing the qualification to operate on electrical installations that may be of Expert Person (PES), Warned Person (PAV) and Suitable for electrical work under voltage (PEI).

Course for Confined Spaces

The training course on the management of Confined Spaces has as its final objective to provide the theoretical tools for dealing with Security within those environments classified as “confined space” proposing the necessary protection and prevention measures to be implemented to eliminate, as far as possible, the identified dangers. Legislative Decree 81/2008 obliges the information and training of the Employer and all the personnel employed in activities that fall within the aforementioned cases. The course refers to the articles 37 and 66 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and Presidential Decree 177/2011.

Course for Works in Altitude and use of third-class PPE

The training course on Work in Quota has as its final objective to provide the theoretical and practical tools to face the safety of all those workers who work at height, proposing the necessary protection and prevention measures to be implemented to eliminate, as far as possible, the identified dangers. Legislative Decree 81/2008 obliges the information and training of the Employer and all the personnel employed in activities that fall within the aforementioned cases. The course refers to the articles 111 and 37 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and Presidential Decree 177/2011.

Qualification and refresher course for workers in self-propelled industrial trucks

The State Regions Agreement of 02/22/2012 has identified the equipment that requires a specific qualification of the operators, as well as the methods of recognition of the qualification, also indicating the training methods, duration, addresses and minimum requirements, as well as the characteristics of the individual refresher courses. The training course for workers in charge of the self-propelled forklifts has as its final objective to provide the theoretical tools to drive forklifts safely, illustrating the necessary protection and prevention measures to be implemented in order to eliminate, as far as possible, the identified hazards as envisaged in the Regional State Agreement of 22/02/2012 according to the procedures described in point 6.2.
